1. No Content Hosted

DHTSpy does not host, store, or distribute any copyrighted files. All indexed metadata is discovered from the public BitTorrent DHT network. DHTSpy only indexes information that is already publicly available.

2. Copyright Infringement Notification

If you believe that content indexed by DHTSpy infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a notification pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Your notice must include:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing (the info hash)
• Your contact information (email, phone, address)
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized
• A statement that the information in the notification is accurate

3. Action Upon Notification

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material from our index.
