1. Service Description

DHTSpy is a search engine that indexes metadata discovered from the public BitTorrent DHT network. We do not host, store, or distribute any copyrighted content.

2. No Content Hosting

DHTSpy does not host, upload, or distribute any files. All search results link to content available through the public DHT network. We have no control over the content indexed from the DHT network.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use DHTSpy for any illegal purpose. You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

4. API Usage

The public API is provided for legitimate use. Free tier: 250 requests/day. Pro tier: 1000 requests/day. API keys are personal and must not be shared, resold, or redistributed. Sharing API keys between multiple users or applications is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate key revocation and account termination. We reserve the right to rate limit or block API keys that abuse the service.

5. Account Restrictions

We reserve the right to ban IP addresses or accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or attempt to circumvent usage limits. Creating multiple accounts to bypass free tier limits is prohibited.

6. Disclaimer

DHTSpy is provided "as is" without any warranties. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legality of indexed metadata.
